The itinerary

Leave Delhi and reach Manali is situated near the end of the valley on the National Highway leading to Leh. The landscape here is breath taking. One sees well-defined snow capped peaks, the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. On the other side are deodar and pine trees, tiny fields and fruit orchards. It is an excellent place for a holiday, a favorite resort for trekkers to Lahaul, Spiti, Kinnaur, Leh and Zanskar regions in Kashmir valley. It is known as the Switzerland of India.

After leisurely breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Manalienroute visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Temple and Village. Afternoon free for independent activities. Over night stay at hotel.

Morning drive to Sarchu and on arrival camp at a good site. The picturesque town of Sarchu is located at the height of 4253 meters and 105 km from keylong. This is the last point on the Himachal Pradesh - Ladakh border that offers splendid views of snow capped mountains. The unspoiled natural beauty of Sarchu offers a perfect ambience to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overnight stay at camp.

Morning proceed for Leh and on arrival check-in at hotel. Afternoon free to relax and unwind. Overnight at hotel.

City at glance ?Visit the Leh Palace - the battle scarred and deserted 16th century ruins of the royal residence built by Singge Namgyal, Shankar Gompa&Leh Mosque. Overnight at hotel. Day 07.Nubra valley 135km. Hightlights :Sandunes Bacterian ( Double Hump camel) ride- Monasteries Khardongla Pass ( Highest Motorable road -18444ft ) After an early breakfast ,drive to beautiful NubraValley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) with the zigzag trail continues and drive till Hundar village. On arrival check in Nature's nest North camp. Afternoon enjoy the beauty of sand dune and double hump camel. Overnight at Nature's Nest North Camp or similar...

Today , we get up early morning visit to Diskit monastery and have wonderful view of Nubra valley. Later drive to Sumoor village and back to Leh via same trail of khardong village and khardongla. Overnight Hotel.

Srinagar, the summer capital of Kashmir, stands on Dal Lake and picturesque Jhelum River. The more modern part of the city is further up the Jhelum River (above its famous seven bridges), which sweeps through Srinagar. Arrive Srinagar and transfer to Houseboat . And here they laid, with great love and care, Srinagar's many formal, water-front gardens, now collectively known as the Mughal Gardens. Afternoon Shikara boat ride . O/n Houseboat.

We begin to explore the paradise with a half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens bulit during the Mughal reign in Kashmir , the NishatBagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). And later Drive straight to Gulmarg.Overnight Hotel .

Today you will be visitGulmarg, Meadow of Flowers. Situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, full day at leisure to take the leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains. Enjoy pony ride or Gondola ride (rope way) to Khillanmarg at your own cost. And later transferred by road to Pahalgam. Valley of Shepherds. Enroute you will have an rare opportunity to visit the Saffron fields. Also visit Avantipura Ruins &AnantnagSulpher Springs enroute, Arrive and proceed to your hotel, Dinner & overnight at the Pahalgam.

Visit to Chandanwadi (at your own cost), The snow Point (14 Km) at your own cost or enjoy pony ride at your own cost, Return back to Pahalgam, rest of the day at leisure to explore the countryside and enjoy leisurely walks through the pine forest along the River Lidder.
